アカウント・データ削除のご依頼

本ページは、アプリ「Flash Verify」（提供: OOAK INC.）における、アカウントおよび関連する個人データの削除依頼の方法をご案内するものです。

削除依頼の方法

  1. 件名を「データ削除依頼（Flash Verify）」として、info@ooak.jp 宛にメールでご連絡ください。
  2. 本文に、本人確認に使用した携帯電話番号をご記入ください。
  3. ご本人であることを確認のうえ、対象データを削除します。

削除されるデータ

保持されるデータ・保存期間

犯罪収益移転防止法その他の法令により保存が義務付けられている情報・期間については、当該保存期間（取引終了から7年間）を上限として保持し、保存の必要がなくなった後、または期間の経過後に、安全な方法で削除します。それ以外の情報は、削除依頼に基づき削除します。

削除までの期間

ご依頼の受領およびご本人確認の完了後、合理的な期間内（通常30日以内）に削除します。

Request Account / Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and related personal data in the app “Flash Verify” (provided by OOAK INC.).

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email info@ooak.jp with the subject “Data Deletion Request (Flash Verify).”
  2. In the body, include the mobile phone number used for verification.
  3. After we confirm your identity, we delete the applicable data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Data Retained / Retention Period

For information and periods whose retention is required by the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds and other laws, we retain the data for up to that retention period (7 years after the end of the transaction), and delete it securely once it is no longer needed or after that period. Other information is deleted upon your request.

Time to Completion

After we receive your request and confirm your identity, we delete the data within a reasonable period (normally within 30 days).
